Our online booking system allows you to schedule appointments for notarization at Suite 1101, Salesforce Tower, Plot No. 2159, Marasi Drive, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You must provide accurate information and the required documents as listed during booking.

We may update service procedures and requirements at any time. We will notify you of material changes via our website.

Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before your appointment by contacting our contact page. No refunds are offered for missed appointments, due to reserved time slots and resource allocation.

2.2 Digital Informational Products

We offer digital guides and checklists related to notarization procedures ("info-products"). You may cancel a purchase within 14 days of download for a full refund, provided you have not accessed the content. To request a refund, contact us via our contact page. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

2.3 Physical Goods

We may offer physical items, such as document seals or office supplies ("goods"). You may request a refund or swap within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, we will credit your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Services: No refunds available for appointment fees. You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment.
• Digital Informational Products: Full refunds within 14 days if content remains unopened.
